The JBs didn’t stop in our area on their latest tour. However that didn’t stop the producers of JonasBrothersToday.com, a Chesterfield-based fan club, from getting their annual fill from another location. After receiving surprise tickets from their dad, they were on their way to Nashville, TN for the experience of a lifetime. We decided to follow this story and, as an additional surprise, were able to provide the girls with passports to the Sound Check Party. So what is it that inspires these young ladies to travel so far for a glimpse of these guys? Well, let's see ... Prior to the concert, single lines formed to enter the venue … some for the Sound Check Party, some for the Meet & Greet. It’s always quite entertaining to observe the audience that is so committed to these young men. Do the brothers realize their selection of girls is probably the largest in the world … with each one wishing they could be the next “Mrs. Jonas”? Smorgasbord … need I say more! During the sound check party, Kevin, Joe and Nick warmed up on three songs: BB Good, Video Girl and Gotta Find You. Between each song they did a question and answer session with the small group. Some answers could barely be heard above the screams … and tears, I might add. Opening the concert with Paranoid, the JBs appeared from the rotating center stage amidst the fog-produced arena within a light show second to none. The energy was relentless as the brothers worked the catwalks ... touching so many fans with their unique, sincere antics. Kevin appeared to be floating on cloud nine. I’m not sure if it’s his normal enthusiasm or a branch from his recent engagement to Danielle Deleasa. But he was radiant and full of energy. He not only has exemplary guitar capabilities, he now has added a piano performance to his repertoire. Joe is adorable as always. Having recently been through a breakup from a year-long relationship, he seems a little subdued … or possibly more matured. Whichever the case, his fans are there supporting him and understanding. He knows how to touch the audience and they devour it. As always, the perfect front man. Nick … what a talented individual. He has perfected so many avenues in the music industry. It’s just amazing to watch him in action. Guitar, keyboard, drums, vocals, songwriting … and not to mention cute as a button. Perfect in every way … and the girls absolutely adore him. These three united Jonas Brothers never fail in mesmerizing their audience. Good, wholesome, clean entertainment provided by extremely talented young men.
